When a=-2, b=1,c=3
1)3a-2b+4c
=(3×-2)-(2×1)+(4×3)
= - 6-2+12
= 4
2) 2b²+ab+c
=2×(1)²+(-2×1)+3
=2-2+3
= 3

=(3×-2)-(2×1)+(4×3)
= - 6-2+12
= 4
