LHS

3+√2/3-V2

= (3+√2)^2 /{3-√2}{3+√2}

= (9+2+6√2)/9-4

= (11+6√2)/5

= 11/5  +   6√2/5

On comparing LHS AND RHS  we get,,

a=11/5

and,

b= 6/5
