b^-4ac=k^2-4*2*3=0
k^2=24
k=+ or - 2√6

ElsAnna: as the root are equal the discriminant shoul be equal to 0
ElsAnna: therfore b^2-4ac=0

To have two equal roots,
b^2-4ac=0
K^2 -4(2)(3)=0
K^2=24
K^2= √24
=2 √6
