b²=4ac

m²=4*3*2=24

m=√24=2√6

The equation become:

3x²+2√6mx+2=0

(√3x)²+2√3x*√2+(√2)²=0

( √3x+√2)²=0

√3x+√2=0

x=-√2/3

so the roots are -√2/3 and -√2/3
