use above concept to solve this question
x^2+3xy+x+my-m=0
=> 1.0. (-m)+2(1/2).(m/2).3/2-1.(m/2)^2-0.(1/2)^2-(-m)(3/2)^2=0
=>0+3m/4-m^2/4-0+9m/4=0
=> m^2+12m=0
=> m (m+12)=0
=> m=0,-12
