Given,

              AO=20\\ \\ BO=y+3\\ \\ OC=x+y\\ \\ DO=10

In a parallelogram the Diagonal bisect each other.

So In the question

                 BO=DO\\ \\ 10=Y+3----(1)\\ \\ AO=CO\\ \\ 20=X+Y----(2)

After solving the above expression we get the value of x and y

     Subtracting equation (1) from equation (2), we get

         (x+y)-(y+3)=20-10\\ \\ x+y-y-3=10\\ \\ x-3=10\\ \\ x=10+3=13

Putting the value of x in equation (1) , we get the value of y

             y+3=10\\ \\ y=7
