answer : on 15th August 1947 , when India achieved it's independent, neharuji made Ambedkar as his first low minister ,in recognition of f his legal prowess and also , in fact , made him the chairman of India constitution drafting committee as a singular honour , and of course , his first important contribution to the constitution..
