Given :

  • Length of Cuboid = 8m
  • Breadth of Cuboid = 6m
  • Height of Cuboid = 3m

 \\

To Find :

  • Volume of Cuboid
  • Total Surface Area of Cuboid

 \\

Solution :

✰ As we know that, Volume of Cuboid is given by Length × Breadth × Height and Total Surface Area (TSA) of Cuboid is given by 2 ( lb + bh + hl ) . So Simply we will fill the given values in the formulas.

⠀⠀⠀⠀

Volume of Cuboid :

  • Volume = L × B × H
  • Volume = 8 × 6 × 3
  • Volume = 8 × 18
  • Volume = 144m³

⠀⠀

Total Surface Area :

  • TSA = 2 (lb + bh + hl)
  • TSA = 2(8 × 6 + 6 × 3 + 3 × 8)
  • TSA = 2(48 + 18 + 24)
  • TSA = 2(48 + 42)
  • TSA = 2 × 90
  • TSA = 180m²

________________

Therefore :

  • Volume of Cuboid = 144m³
  • TSA of Cuboid = 180m²
