SOLUTION

TO DETERMINE

The volume of a cylinder of height 3cm and radius 2cm

FORMULA TO BE IMPLEMENTED

Volume of a cylinder

 \sf{ = \pi {r}^{2}h }

Where r = Radius and h = Height of the cylinder

EVALUATION

Here it is given that the cylinder is of height 3cm and radius 2cm

So

r = Radius of the cylinder = 2 cm

h = Height of the cylinder

Hence the required volume of the cylinder

\displaystyle \sf{  = \pi {r}^{2} h \:  \:  \:  {cm}^{3} }

\displaystyle \sf{  =  \frac{22}{7} \times   {2}^{2}  \times 3 \:  \:  \:  {cm}^{3} }

\displaystyle \sf{  =  \frac{22}{7} \times   4 \times 3 \:  \:  \:  {cm}^{3} }

\displaystyle \sf{  =  \frac{264}{7} \:  \:  \:  {cm}^{3} }
