volume \: of \: h.s. =  \frac{2}{3} \pi {r}^{3}

v =  \frac{2}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 3 \times 3 \times 3

v =  \frac{44 \times 9}{7}

v =  \frac{396}{7}

v = 56.5714 {cm}^{3}
