Given

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

⠀⠀⠀Length = 30 m

⠀⠀⠀Breadth = 12 m

⠀⠀⠀Height =  \tt \dfrac{1}{4} m

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

As, We know, Volume of Rectangular Slab = Volume of Cuboid

Therefore, using the Formula

 \bf Volume = Length \times Breadth \times Height

Substituting the Values

 \longrightarrow \bf 30 \times \cancel{12} \times \dfrac{1}{ \cancel{4}}

 \longrightarrow \bf 30 \times 3

 \longrightarrow \bf 90 m^{3}

Therefore, 90m³ is the Volume of the Slab

Important Formulas

  •  \bf Volume \:Of \: Cube = (side)^{3}

  •  \bf Volume \: Of \: Cuboid = Length \times Breadth \times Height

  •  \bf Volume \: Of \: Cylinder = \pi r^{2} h

  •  \bf Volume \: Of \: Sphere = \dfrac{4}{3} \pi r^{3}

The above Question is a Part of Mensuration.

Answer:- 90cm^3

Explanation:-

Given:-

  • Length of slab = 30m
  • Breadth of Slab = 12m
  • Height of Slab = 1/4m(0.25m)

To find:-

  • The volume of the Slab

Solution:-

\tt \star Volume \  of \  Rectangular \ Slab = Volume \ of \ Cuboid

So, finding Volume

\tt Volume \ of \ Cuboid = l \times b \times h \\\\ \tt \blacktriangleright Here, \\\\ \tt \star l = length  \\\\ \tt \star b = breadth  \\\\ \tt \star h = height \\\\ \tt \tt \Rightarrow Volume = (30 \times 12 \times 0.25)m^3 \\\\ \tt \Rightarrow Volume = 90 m^3

So, The Volume of Stone Slab is 90m^3

Additional Formulas:-

\tt  \star Volume \ of \ Cube = side^3 \\\\ \tt \star Volume \ of \ Sphere = \dfrac{4}{3}\pi r^3 \\\\ \tt \star Volume \ of \ Hemi-Sphere = \dfrac{2}{3}\pi r^3 \\\\ \tt \star Volume \ of \ Cylinder  = \pi r^2h \\\\ \tt \star Volume \ of \ Cone = \dfrac{1}{3} \pi r^2h
