We know, perimeter or circumference is
P = 2 · π ·r
r = P /(2 · π) = 66 / (2 · π) = 10.50 cm
Now height of the cylinder using the formula for surface area of a cylinder.
SA = P · h
h = SA / P = 2640 / 66 = 40 cm
Therefore, The volume of the cylinder is
V = π· r2· h
V = π· 10.502· 40
V =13854.4 cm3
P = 2 · π ·r
r = P /(2 · π) = 66 / (2 · π) = 10.50 cm
Now height of the cylinder using the formula for surface area of a cylinder.
SA = P · h
h = SA / P = 2640 / 66 = 40 cm
Therefore, The volume of the cylinder is
V = π· r2· h
V = π· 10.502· 40
V =13854.4 cm3
