GIVEN :

(i) Radius of sphere, r = 7cm

TO FIND :

Volume of a sphere

SOLUTION :

Using the formula,,,,,

$volume \: of \: sphere \: = \frac{4}{3}\pi {r}^{3}$

$v = \frac{4}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} \times 7$

$v = \frac{4}{3} \times 22$

$v = \frac{88}{3}$

$v = 29.3 {cm}^{3}$

(ii) Radius of sphere, r = 0.63 m

$v = \frac{4}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} \times 0.63$

$v = \frac{4}{3} \times 22 \times 0.09$

$v = 88 \times 0.03$

$v = 2.64 {m}^{3}$
