Height of the cylinder formed (h) = Length of the paper = 11 cmCircumference of the base of the cylinder formed = breadth of the rectangle = 4 cm2πr = 4 2 × 22/7 × r = 4 r = 4 × 1/2 × 7/22 r = 7/11 cm Volume of the cylinder = πr2h = 22/7 x 7/11 x 7/11 x 11 = (22 x 7) / (11) = 2 x 7 = 14 cm3.

Here's your answer!!

_____________________________

Side of the rectangular sheet is given ,

=>44cm ×33cm

So,

Area of rectangle sheet =Length ×Breadth

                                      =44*33

                                     =1452cm^2

To find the volume of the cylinder we will first have to find its radius .

Since,

Curved surface area will be equal to the area of rectangle sheet.

So,

2πrh =1452

2*22/7*r*44=1452

r=21/4

Now,

Volume of cylinder= 2 π rh

2*22/7*21/7*44

Hence,

Volume of cylinder is 3811.5cm^3
