Answer :—

190.92 cm²

Solution :—

Given :

S = edge of cube = 9 cm

Cone is Inscribed to be of the highest volume possible. which can be done when Height of cone (H) = Edge of cube (S) and the base circle is also the biggest possible on one face of the cube, which will be when R = S/2

So, dimensions of cone :

Radius = S/2 = 9/2 cm

Height = S = 9 cm

Volume of Cone : πr²h/3

 =  \frac{22 \times 9 \times 9 \times 9}{3 \times 7 \times 2 \times 2}

  = \frac{11 \times 729}{42}

 = 190.92cm²
