The largest circular cone that can be cut out of the cube is the one with the diameter of 7cm and height 7cm as well.

Now we have our required info.
Therefore volume of the cone will be 1/3πr²h
1/3×22/7×7/2×7/2×7
539/6cm³

volume of cone =
  \frac{1}{3} {\pi}^{}  {r}^{2} h
so volume of greatest cone can be formed will be = 89.8 cc
