Take a beaker with full of water
Take a small beaker whose base is bigger than the larger beaker
Calculate the weight of small beaker
Place the large bigger on the smaller one
Slowly dip the solid piece in the beaker which is full of water
Some water will overflow from there
And fall on the small beaker
Calculate the weight of water with beaker
subtract the total weight with the weight of the beaker
so this is the weight of the solid
