Answer :-

Weight of a solid cylinder is 103950 gm.

Explanation :-

Finding volume of the solid cylinder

Radius of the solid cylinder (r) = 10.5 cm

Height of the solid cylinder (h) = 60 cm

We know that

Volume of the cylinder = πr²h

= (22/7) * (10.5)² * 60

= (22/7) * 110.25 * 60

= (22/7) * 6615

= 22 * 945

= 20790 cm³

i.e Volume of the solid cylinder = 20790 cm³

Finding the weight of the solid cylinder 20790 cm³

1 cm³ volume = 5 gm

20790 cm³ volume = 5 * 20790 = 103950 gm

the weight of a solid cylinder is 103950 gm.

Given

\sf radius \:of \:the \:base \:of \:the\: cylinder (r)=10.5 cm

\sf height \:of \:the \:cylinder =60cm

To find

weight of the cylinder

METHOD

\sf let \:us\: find \:volume\: of \:the\:  cylinder

we know that

\sf \underline{volume \:of \:the\: cylinder=\pi r^2h}

Now

volume \: of \: the \: cylinder \\  =  \dfrac{22}{7}  \times 10.5  \times 10.5 \times 60

 =  >  \dfrac{22}{7 }  \times 6615

 =  > 22 \times 945

 =  > 20790 {cm}^{3}

  \boxed{ \sf \: volume = 20790 {cm}^{3} }

But it is given that

it weighs 5 gm per cubic centimeter

\sf weight \:of\: the\: cylinder \\ =volume×5

\sf=>20790×5=103950 grams

\boxed{\sf weight =103950 grams }
