(i) y = 360°-15°

y = 345°

(ii) (2y+10)°+50°+40°+130°=360°

2y+230=360

2y=360-230

y=130÷2

y=65°

(iii) y+40°+140°+90°=360°

y+270=360

y=360-270

y=90°

so, 15° + y ° = 360°

y = 360° - 15°

therefore y = 345°

2. we know that Angle around a point is 360°

so , 50° + 40° + 130° + (2y + 10°) = 360°

230° + 2y = 360°

2y = 130°

therefore y = 65°

3. we know that Angle around a point is 360°

so, 90° + 140° + 40° + y° = 360°
