(x-4+x-6)(x-4-x+6)=0
(2x-10)×2=0
2x-10=0
2x=10
x=5 Ans

Tomboyish44: What is the formula you used ?

Answer:

Hi friend,

(X-4)² - (X-6)²

=> (X)² + (4)² - 2 × X × 4 -(X² + (6)² - 2 × X × 6)

=> X²+16 -8X -(X²+36 -12X)

=> X²+16 -8X -X²-36+12X

=> 12X-8X-36+16

=> 4X - 20= 0

=> X = 20/4

=> X= 5
