Given, (2x+1)(3x-4)
Now, = 6x²-8x+3x-4
= 6x²-5x-4
= 6x²-(3-8)x-4
= 6x²-3x+8x-4
= 3x(2x-1)+4(2x-1)
=> (3x+4)=0 and (2x-1)=0

3x+4=0 and 2x-1=0
x= -4/3. and. x=1/2
So, we neglect the negative term and the zero of the polynomial is x=1/2
