Find the zero of the polynomial p(x) = 5x-10 ?

Answer:

p(x)=5x-10

=5(x-2)

for zeros, p(x)=0

. either 5=0 or (x-2)=0

since 5 can't be equal to 0

Hence (x-2)=0

x= 2

zero of the polynomial p(x) is 2
