useing rhe identity

a^2 - b^2 = ( a + b ) ( a - b )
____________________________
we get
( 2x + 3 ) ( 2x - 3) = 0
Therefore
2x + 3 = 0 or 2x - 3 = 0
2x = -3 or 2x = 3
x = (-3/ 2) or x = ( 3/2 )
