\huge\bold{Solution:}

3x {}^{2} - 4 - 4x \\ \\ = 3x {}^{2} - 4x - 4

On comparing with

ax {}^{2} + bx + c

Here a = 3 , b = - 4, c = - 4

Sum of zeroes = \frac{b}{a}

 \alpha + \beta = \frac{b}{a}

 \alpha + \beta = \frac{ 4}{3} \\ \\

Product of zeroes =  \frac{c}{a}

 \alpha \beta = \frac{ - 4}{3}

\textbf{Hope it will helps you}
