On comparing with

$ax {}^{2} + bx + c$

Here a = 3 , b = - 4, c = - 4

Sum of zeroes = $\frac{b}{a}$

$\alpha + \beta = \frac{b}{a}$

$\alpha + \beta = \frac{ 4}{3}$

Product of zeroes = $\frac{c}{a}$

$\alpha \beta = \frac{ - 4}{3}$
