x² - 4x - 3x +12

take Commons between them

x(x - 4) -3(x - 4)

(x - 4) ( x - 3)

zeros are alpha = 4 and beta = 3...............

for verification -----------

✨sum = -b/a

alpha + beta = -b/a

put the values .........

4 + 3 = -(-7/1)

7 = 7

verified ...

✨product = c/a

4*3 = 12/1

12 = 12
