 = 5 {x}^{2}  - 6x + 1 \\  = 5 {x}^{2}  - 5x - x + 1 \\  = 5x(x - 1) - 1(x - 1) \\  = (5x - 1)(x - 1)

x = 1 \: and \:  \frac{1}{5}
