Hii friend........
2x^2+2x-12=0
2x^2+6x-4x-12=0
2x(x+3)-4(x+3) =0
(2x-4) (x-3) =0
so, x= 2 and x= -3

Here ,a=2
b= 2
c = -12
alpha = 2
beta = -3
SUM OF ZEROES = -b/a
alpha + beta = -b/a
2+(-3) = -2/2
-1 = -1
L.H.S = R.H.S
_________________________________________
PRODUCT OF ZEROES = c/a
alpha×beta = -12/2
2×(-3) = -6
-6 = -6
L.H.S = R.H.S
