Given ,

p(x) = x² + 7x + 12

= x² + 4x + 3x + 12

= x(x + 4) + 3(x + 4)

= (x + 3)(x + 4)

Now , p(x) will be "0" , when

(x + 3)(x + 4) = 0

→ x + 3 = 0

or x + 4 = 0

→ x = -3

or x = -4

So, the zeroes of the polynomial
