P (x) = 3x2 - 2  =  9x2 - 2.
P (x) = 0
( 3x - √2 ) ( 3x + √2 ) = 0
x = √ 2 / 3  ""&""   - √2 / 3
Let 1 be α and 1 be β
Verification :-
α + β = - b / a = 0
α + β = √ 2 / 3 + ( - √2 / 3 ) = 0
αβ = c / a = - 2 / 9
αβ =  √ 2 / 3 x - √ 2 / 9
    L.H.S = R.H.S

Hence Proved.
