Find theratio area of the square formed on the diagonal of rectangle to the atea reactangle whose lenghtg is twice the bredtg

Breadth of rectangle = b

Given length of rectangle = 2xb

So Area of rectangle = 2 x b^2

Diagonal of rectangle = Root of (b^2 + (2b)^2) = root of (5 b^2) = b x root 5

Therefore side of Square = b x root 5

Area of square = (b x root 5) X( b x root 5) = 5 x b^2

Area of square : Area of rectangle = 5xb^2 : 2xb^2 = 5:2
