Hii Mate....

Your answer -: -3/2 and -8/5

Explanation -:

-1 and -2

Square both the numbers

(-1)² and (-2)²

= 1 and 4

Find perfect square no between 1 and 4

So, perfect square no b/w 1 and 4 are

2.25 , 2.56 and so on.

So our series is

1 , 2.25 , 2.56 , 4

Now take the root of these numbers

√1 ,√2.25 , √2.56 , √4

There will be two options

(i) all the values will be positive

(ii) all the values will be negative

Out requirement is negative numbers, so we will take negative numbers.

Ans -: -1 , -1.5 , -1.6 , -2

(Or) more accurately

the two rational no. Will be -:

-3/2 and -8/5

Hope it helps...
