spring applies a force F=kx, where k is the spring constant and x is the distance from the rest position. If you have a mass m on the spring, it will oscillate around x=0 with period t=2πmk−−√. If you then apply an acceleration a, the rest position of the spring will shift by da=ak. If you keep this acceleration constant, and displace the spring away from its new rest position da, then the net spring force will be Fn=k(x−da). This is the same equation as you had before for the spring, just shifted by da. So, you will again get oscillation with period t=2πmk−−√, except centered on x=da.

Answer:

Time period of spring block system does not depend upon g therefore if g changes ,time period will remain constant =T,

 T=2πkm=2πgl

it seems that T depends upon g ,but as the g changes , l  will also change and the ratio gl will remain constant.
