find tn for following A.P. & then find 45th term of A.P. 6,11/2,5

tn = an

a = 6, d = 11/2 - 6 = -1/2

a45 = a+ 44d

= 6 + 44(-1/2)

6 - 22

= -16

hence, the 45th term of this AP is -16
