Let the two numbers are X and y
Sum of numbers x+y= - 12....... (1)
And differance is x-y = - 2........(2)
Then
x+y= - 12
x-y= - 2
2x= - 14
x= - 7
Now put the value of x in eq (1)
And then y= - 5
Sum of numbers x+y= - 12....... (1)
And differance is x-y = - 2........(2)
Then
x+y= - 12
x-y= - 2
2x= - 14
x= - 7
Now put the value of x in eq (1)
And then y= - 5
on adding eq 1 and eq 2 , we get 2x= - 14
yes but divide -14 to 2 get -7
