Hi ,
Every linear equation in two
variables has infinitely many
solutions .
ax + by + c = 0 has infinitely many
solutions.
Therefore ,
4x - 2y - 1 = 0 has infinitely many
solutions
I hope this helps you.

4x-2y-1=0.
y = (4x-1)/2.
for x=1,we have y=3/2.
for x= 2,we have y=7/3.
and so on.
from the above conclusion we can conclude that the equation 4x-2y-1=0 has many solutions.
Therefore, 4x-2y-1=0 has no unique solution.
