5

 {5}^{x} \times + 3 = {253}^{x } - 4 \\ {253}^{x} - {5}^{x} = 3 + 4 \\ {248}^{x} = 7 \\ x = \frac{1}{ 2.8} \: approx.

MissMishthiArora: x+3.. 5 ki power h... or x-4... 253 ki power h

(5) {}^{x + 3} =( 253) {}^{x - 4} \\ \\ taking \: log \: on \: \: both \: sides \: we \: have \\ \\ log(5) {}^{x + 3} = log(253) {}^{x - 4} \\ \\ (x + 3) log(5) = (x - 4) log(253) \\ becoz \: \: log(x {}^{n} ) = n log(x) \\ \\ x log(5) - x log(253) = - 4 log(253) - 3 log(5) \\ \\ x = 4 log(253) + 3 log(5) \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: - - - - - - - - - \\ \: \: \: \: \: log(253) - log(5)
