let first consider triangle AOD(upper one)
According to angle sum property of triangle,
(x-6°) + x + 90° =180°
2x - 6= 180 - 90
2x = 90+6
2x = 96
x = 96/2
x = 48°

let consider triangle COB( lower one )
Applying angle sum
4y + 90 + 3y + 6 = 180
7y + 96 = 180
7y = 180 - 96
7y = 84
y = 84/7= 12
y = 12°
