2/3^x * 3/2^2x = 18/16
2/3^x * 2/3^-2x = 3/2
2/3^x * 2/3^-2x = 2/3^-1
2/3^x+(-2x) = 2/3^-1
x-2x = -1
-x = -1
x = 1
2/3^x * 2/3^-2x = 3/2
2/3^x * 2/3^-2x = 2/3^-1
2/3^x+(-2x) = 2/3^-1
x-2x = -1
-x = -1
x = 1
