RS=ST
Angle RST = 90 degree
Angle RTS = x
So Angle SRT = Angle RTS = x (angles opposite to equal sides are equal)
In triangle RST
Angle RST + Angle RTS + Angle SRT = 180 degree
90 degree + x + x = 180 degree
90 degree + 2x = 180 degree
2x = 90 degree
x = 45 degree
Angle RTS = 45 degree
