Solution:-

We know that,

Sum of all angles forms on straight line is equal to 180°. This statement is also known as linear pair.

So,

➝ ∠1 + 150° = 180°[Linear pair]

➝ ∠1 = 180° - 150°

1 = 30°

Similarly,

➝ ∠2 + 160° = 180°[Linear pair]

➝ ∠2 = 180° - 160°

2 = 20°

The given polygon is Pentagon beacuse it have five sides and five angles.

We also know that,

Sum of all exterior angles of Pentagon is 360°.

So,

➝ ∠1 + ∠2 + 80° + 80° + x = 360°

➝ 30° + 20° + 80° + 80° + x = 360°

➝ 210° + x = 360°

➝ x = 360° - 210°

x = 150°

Verification:-

➝ ∠1 + ∠2 + 80° + 80° + x = 360°

➝ 30° + 20° + 80° + 80° + x = 360°

  • Put x = 150°

➝ 30° + 20° + 80° + 80° + 150° = 360°
