We know that When a,b,c are in Geometric progression, Then b is known as the geometric mean of a and c.
b^2 = ac.
(x+3)^2 = x * (x+9)
x^2 + 6x + 9 = x^2 + 9x
x^2 + 6x + 9 - x^2 - 9x
-3x = -9
x = 3.
The first three terms are 3,6,12.
Hope this helps!
