3x( x+ 1) + 4(x + 1) =0

(3x + 4) ( x + 1) = 0

3x + 4 = 0 or x + 1 = 0

x = -4/3 or x = -1

sum of zeroes = -b/a

-4/3 + -1 = -7/3

-7/3 = -7/3

product of zeroes = c/a

-4/3 × -1 = 4/3

4/3 = 4/3
