Answer:

                   4 and -7

Step-by-step explanation:

The factorized form of  x^{2}- 3x - 28 is :

                                                               ( x - 4 ) ( x + 7 )

                                                  To find the zeros of a polynomial we must equate the factorized equation to Zero.

                                                  ( x - 4 ) ( x + 7 ) = 0

If product of two numbers is zero then one of them must be equal to zero.

So,either ( x - 4 ) or ( x + 7 ) will be equal to zero.

If ( x - 4 ) was equal to zero then ,

                                                     x - 4 = 0

                                                           x = 0 + 4

                                                            x = 4

If ( x +7 ) was equal to zero then ,

                                                      x + 7 = 0

                                                            x = 0 - 7

                                                            x = -7

As there are two case there are two zeros.

Zeros of x^{2}- 3x - 28 are 4 and -7
