2x^2 - 5x + 3
= 2x^2 - 2x - 3x + 3
= 2x ( x - 1) - 3(x - 1)
= (2x - 3) (x - 1)
Zeroes are 3/2 and 1
Now,
Sum of zeroes = - b/a
=> 3/2 + 1 = - (-5/2)
=> ( 3+ 2)/2 = 5 /2
=> 5 /2 = 5/2
LHS = RHS
Product of zeroes = c/a
=> 3/2 × 1 = 3/2
=> 3/2 = 3/2
LHS = RHS
Hence verified..
