let alpha and beta are the zeroes of the polynomial

 = x {}^{2} + ( \alpha + \beta )x + ( \alpha \beta ) \\ = x {}^{2} ( - 3)x + ( \frac{2}{3} ) \\ = x {}^{2} - 3x + \frac{2}{3} \\ = 3x {}^{2} - 9x + 2 = 0
