In developing countries like India and Pakistan where inflation and unemployment rate is high, finding a good job is a difficult task. Most of the people work out of their fields to support their families.

However, if a person finds job satisfaction, it makes their professional career more enjoyable.  

Job satisfaction plays an important role as it allows them to use their skills more effectively.
