Expecting national wage being estimated as the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the lion's share in the national wage of India is of the SERVICE area (tertiary division) which remains at 65% (2011) and has been developing since independence.

The PRIMARY sector contributes 17% to the GDP(2011). The offer of the essential segment has declined from around 59% out of 1950-51. This decrease is essential because of a considerable decrease in the commitment made by farming to the GDP from 57% out of 1950-51 to 15% of every 2009-10.

The issue lies in coordination management. On one hand, states like Mumbai faces an overabundance of the water issue and not very far neighborhood town like Vidarbha, is longing for some water!
