Dr. Kemp was a scientist and old mate of Griffen as they both had gone to the same college. Dr. Kemp was a tall and slender young man with flaxen hair and white moustache. He was a very calm and sensible man. He was also a brave person. He helped the police to catch Griffen and also he raise awareness to the people in the town about Griffen and suggested ideas to catch Griffen. Though Griffen threatened to kill him but he did not afraid and gave up. He tried his best to save himself and at last he succeed also.
