2. Fourth Amendments

The Fourth Amendments explicitly affirms the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against "unreasonable searches and seizures."

The Fourth Amendments describes a fair process for searches and seizures. The Fourth Amendments prohibits (not allowed) only unreasonable searches and seizures.

3. Ninth Amendments

The Ninth Amendments is the enumeration in the constitution, of certain rights, shall be not construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. The Ninth Amendments protects unenumerated rights.
