Now, the bag contains 24 balls out of which X + 4 are red.

Now, probability of drawing a red ball = $[x + 4 ] / 24$

This is [5/4] times the probability of drawing a red ball in the first case.

Hence,

$\frac{x \: + \: 4}{24} = \: \frac{5}{4} \: \times \: \frac{20 \: - \: x}{20}$
